Rego Restaurant Group has appointed Neel Patel as CEO of its fast-casual restaurant brands, Quiznos and Taco del Mar.
Before joining Rego, Patel was SVP of strategy and growth at Church’s Texas Chicken, where he led the brand’s revenue management and global expansion efforts.
Rego board member Coady Smith described Patel as a leader with extensive experience in business transformation.
“Both Quiznos and Taco del Mar are well-positioned for expansion and accelerated growth,” said Smith.
“His deep expertise in driving unit-level profitability, optimizing operations, and delivering data-driven business transformations will be instrumental as we continue to expand our brands.”
