MAC Cosmetics has appointed Emily Bromfield as its new senior VP of global marketing, overseeing the brand’s global marketing strategies across all categories and channels.
Bromfield, who formerly worked for L’Oreal, was Dr Barbara Sturm’s chief marketing officer and MD, having played a key role in the brand’s acquisition in January.
She was also a member of Charlotte Tilbury‘s founding team and helped shape the brand’s go-to-market strategy, positioning, and social media presence.
In her new role, Bromfield will report directly to Aida Moudachirou-Rebois, senior VP and global GM of MAC Cosmetics.
“Emily’s proven track record of building brands and driving breakthrough consumer-led marketing strategies will be invaluable to our team,” said Moudachirou-Rebois.
“With her extensive experience and innovative mindset, we are confident that together, we will achieve remarkable milestones for MAC.”
Bromfield’s new role focuses on leading efforts in captivating narrative, product innovation, and immersive experiences, to improve the brand’s positioning and boost consumer engagement. She will also be a worldwide partner to all MAC regions and affiliates.
