The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has named Tara Hinkle as its new president and head of Americas.
Hinkle will oversee the Americas’ overall growth strategy, collaborating closely with the franchise development team to assist expansion ambitions.
The new president has nearly two decades of experience in franchising and strategic operational planning. Hinkle worked as senior director of franchise finance and strategy at Taco Bell prior to joining The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. She also worked as the director of strategic partnerships at Starbucks, where she was in charge of developing, integrating, and managing the company’s collaborations.
“My goal is to drive franchise growth and expand our market reach by empowering our talented brew crew to exceed guest expectations. I look forward to this journey as we continue sharing our passion for exceptional coffee and tea with the world,” said Hinkle.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, which was acquired by Philippine company Jollibee in 2019, has more than 1200 locations worldwide across 20 countries.
